How to Rip HRx CDs???
« on: May 27, 2010, 07:46:56 pm »

I'm having difficulty ripping an HRx CD.  JRiver is recognizing the CD and listing the song index, but for some reason will not rip the CD.  Do you have to change the encoder or "CD/DVD" settings in order to rip these CDs.  They are 176.4 KHz, 24 bit files.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

It isn't an Audio CD that needs to (or even can) be ripped.

If you are speaking about an HRx disc from Reference Recordings it is a data DVD-R that contains wave files. You can simply copy the files to a hard drive and import them to MC.
