Law vs. Lawless -- San Jose crash

A young man, 24, makes a bad turn, then flees from the California Highway Patrol.  He runs three red lights and on the third, hits another car.  A 15 year old girl dies.  What should happen next?

They Both Should go To Jail For Being Idiots.

I think 25 Years Would Be The Max He Will Get, But Maybe Be Out In Like 5 Years Or Some Such Nonsense.
