playback problem

when i press stop in the middle of a music i hear a sound like a click. it's normal?

A click was being caused by the IE control in MJ in builds before 8.0.300.  What version are you running?

Also a radio mouse can make noise.  Sometimes video as well.

Try wave out for playback instead of direct sound.  Or direct sound if you now use wave out.  Just to see if that is part of it.

Try adjusting playback controls for more or less buffering.

Try different settings for the gap.

problem no more i put directsound instead waveout and it's fine now

Just curious about your suggestion...

How do I adjust this? I am having WMA playback problems [see topic about playback skipping] and am wondering if tinkering in this area might help?
