Strange problem - some files don't appear in JRiver

I just noticed that only tracks 5 onwards were showing for one of my compilations (Cafe Del Mar Vol.5). So I went to the "drives and devices" section, then "my computer" and found the folder that way. The same files are still missing. I then right-click on one of the files and go to "locate" to open the folder in windows, and all the files are there (with icons and type indicating "Media Center file". Any idea why the files don't appear in JRiver itself? Thanks!

MC has a "Delete" database, where it stores information about what you have deleted in the past.  Have you deleted these items from MC at anytime?
