converting files to 128 bit

I have allot of files that I would like to convert to 128 bit to fit on my laptop. I would like the 128 that I have right now not to be converted but transfered to my laptop and every thing else to convert. how can I do this.

Tools > Options > Handheld
Add Device
Name = Laptop
Device Path =  network share on laptop where you want the files stored

Now expand the 'Conversion' branch.
Encoder = mp3 encoder
Encoder Settings:  VBR small portable or CBR 128kbps

Now expand the 'Files & Paths' branch and set it for how you want the subfolders named.

Sync to the laptop device.

that will do the job. I was just going to mass convert them.
