I can get right click - play to work from a list of files in other programs (eg WinMx) but not Enqueue - Is there a command line switch for Media Jukebox to "Add to Playing Now" and if so what is it? - because I can customise my right click context sesitive pop ups to include it.

No. Any file sent that way replaces the PN list (and even stops playback). So "Add to Playing Now" is really "Replace Playing Now".

You may try putting the following into Enqueue...

"C:\WINNT\System32\mjextman.exe" /Play "%L"

This is actually what is run when you dbl click on a media file. Should also be the case when you right click and select play from an Explorer window or MX. The file extension is sent to Windows, which fires up the command above. As the exe implies, it is MJ's Extension Manager.
