Smart sort by Album respecting Publisher

Some time ago I've imported to library two albums with the same name but different publishers. I tried to sort tracks by Album and noticed wonder - they was sorted with respect to Publisher. But recently I've played these albums and this wonder doesn't happen again. :'( Any comments?
