I installed ffdshow under user "A" and when playing an MKV and with that filter selected works fine and I can configure it from jriver.  When logged in as user "B"  it is selected as the filter, doesn't load and I can't configure it from jriver.  I assume this has to do with the entire windows 7 administrator and user rights crap.

I tired installing it under user "B" as well.  I've gone into the settings and they are the same when I'm logged in as either.  Could it be a windows rights issue or is there another cause.

Small note - it's working under WMP but obviously I can't be 100% on the filters but prior to me installing ffdshow there was no audio in WMP so i'm failry confident it's loading ffdshow.
