running in a circle, trying to upgrade to MC15
« on: February 04, 2011, 03:05:39 pm »

I have been running MC11 for several years, now I downloaded MC15 to evaluate the upgrade, but had several problems with my computer and this caused the 31day period to expire.  When I click on the "purchase" button it takes me to th purchase page wanting me to pay full price.

If I go to MC11 and choose "Check for updates" it downloads the latest version, installs it and tells me my 31 days have expired.

All I want to do is to upgrade from MC11 to MC15 and not pay full purchase price.

Help ?

Try this:

1) Run MC 15, click cancel when asked to purchase
2) Go here and install your v11 license: https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi
3) Run MC 15 again, click 'Purchase', and you should be offered an upgrade price

Thanks for upgrading.
