Can a tag be renamed?

I have comments and I want to rename it to categories.

Or how can I easily put all my notations from Comments to Categories without doing them one by one?

Thanks

select the files you wish to work with, then, in the tag window, make sure the [Categories] field is visible. If it is not there, right click in the tag window and pick it from the "Also show" list.

Once there, click inside the Categories field to edit, and type in there: =[comment] and press enter. (don't miss the equals sign, it's critical to your success)

This should copy all your comments over to categories.

i assume you mean field..and the answer is sort of, the database field can not be renamed, but you can set the display name to something else (in the db manager)

I recommend that you create a new field called categories

You select all files you want to modify, then use the tool "move and copy fields"..you can also use an expression like =[comment] and paste it into the new category field
