Ripping Tagging - No Information

After creating a new Library, changing where it is to be ripped: every disk I put in comes up with no Artist, Track Name, Album Name etc.  What setting am I missing?  I'm on 16.0.81.

Tools --> Options -->  General --> Allow automatic CD lookup / submission is checked ... but it still did not work.

It works fine on my main library but not on the one I've cloned and emptied in order to keep these rips separate.
