Tag info is not showing up in the file in MJ8.

when I rip a cd in MJ8.0, the tag info does not seem to get to the file (the actual mp3 file).  When I right click on the file (the actual mp3 file in windows) and click properties, then click the summary tab, the info is empty.  When I was using MJ7.2 this didn't happen.  The files I created by ripping the CD from within MJ7.2 have all of the tag info complete.  It is empty when I use MJ8.0.  Can someone help.

Could be an ID3V1 vs ID3V2 problem.  XP may only read ID3V1.  Not sure.  MJ can read either according to its settings.

Windows XP File Explorer Only Reads ID3v1.1 Once You Have A File With Id3v2 In It It Does Not See The Tag At All.


It Is A MS Bug, Or They Also Do Not Like ID3v2 Tags (You Go Bill..)
