How can we get the DLNA streams available from Playon?
« on: August 17, 2011, 09:01:46 pm »

I am not very technical, but I understand that JRiver MC is not only a DLNA Digital Media Server (DMS), but also a Digital Media Renderer (DMR). So, the MC can stream from YouTube, Netflix and Hulu. I don’t know what “Playon” is, but how come we cannot get on the MC the same or similar list of "channels" as TubeCore with Playon?
I’d like to see National Geographic videos… and “sail.tv” would be awesome! I do not mind paying for TubeCore and Playon, but that defeats the purpose of the MC that is to centralize all media. And, I cannot give up JRiver MC, because it allows the multi zones functionality that I use extensively.
Thx!

ditto the request.  i have playon and use it with the PS3, but frankly can't stand the interface/menu structure of the ps3.
