"cannot install on Windows 8"

I just upgraded one of my computers to windows 8 pro and am trying to install JRiver on it and it will not download. I put in my product key and it only downloads a MIR file?
I cannot do anything from here. No .exe file. I do have it also installed on a Win 7 64bit computer and am trying to install as well on a Win8 32 bit. Any suggestions?

Welcome.

You need to download and install the program.  Then license.
