The original Red Book Compact Disc specifications standard for audio CDs does not provide any means for storing metadata. The so called CD-Text extension was introduced in the 90's. CD-text can store some basic metadata, but unfortunately it is not often included in the Audio CD's. MC supports reading CD-text data if the disc includes it and also the physical drive can read CD-Text.
In this case, CD-Text is probably not available and neither of the two online databases that MC can use for obtaining metadata happen to contain information about this Audio CD (i.e. no one has submitted it yet).
