Somehow I can't remember how I done it. There is a scheme with a cd icon called Date Imported (New/Old), I can't edit it or remove it. I can only delete it but I think it may delete files associated with it. I discovered it while tidying up my library. I wish to remove it but don't want to remove my pictures??

Please see the image.. Any ideas? It isn't just in MC18 this is in my library within MC17 as well

It appears 'Tree browsing' for your 'Sorting' view is on. Examine the configuration of that view to determine why that node is showing up. Don't delete it. The confirmation means what it says—the node represents files.
