How to connect Media Center to NAS at startup
« on: October 07, 2012, 03:53:15 pm »

Hi al,
How can I connect Media Centr to my NAS at startup with username and password?
I tried using the Media Network authentification option, but it does not work.
I always need to manually connect to my NAS first with my username and password, beforeMedia Center can acces the files.
Pleae help.

Just guessing,
create a batch file that tries to access the NAS, then runs MC?
then put a shortcut to it on your desktop?

\\nas\foo
C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center 18\Media Center 18.exe

Thank you for the reply.
I was actually thinking that MC would support autoconnect and that I just can not figure it out.

Funny.

Thanks for the advice.
