Is it allowed to install Media Center on two home PC with the same license?

Yes.  You may use one license for all your PC's (within reason).  Thanks for asking.

Thanks for asking and answering; I was wondering myself.
So, in my case, it's alright to install the same MC18 license on both my desktop and travelling laptop.
