MPC Decoder Plugin Update (new version)

Hello,

I've updated the MPC plugin to reflect the latest gapless bug fixes (should be flawless now). The updated plugin (version 1.12) is available at http://www.naivesoftware.com/files/musepackmj.zip

Could this version be included in the next MJ build? Version 1.01, which is included with current MJ builds, is quite outdated.
