Regarding Media Jukebox 7.2.280

It looks as this has been addressed before on the board, but never solved:

Media Editor crashes and hogs my machine when attempting to save, no matter what format.  I either have to reboot, or manually close the program via task manager (but it takes at least 5 minutes for my machine to respond and open TM).

Is there a fix available?  This is the final feature I am looking at before I make the decision to purchase.  I do notice others are having the same problem even after purchase, however.

My machine does have XP.  Could that be the problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't run MJ and Media Editor at the same time.

I tried running Media Editor by itself, with no other open applications.  It still crashed.  I'm beginning to think the novice in me is showing its true colors.

Insufficient memory or resources?  Try posting your system info (copy from Help in MJ).

Disk space?  Location of file?  Read only file already there?
