All help within MC is online.

When clicking a help button, or link, the browser should launch and display the appropriate help.

If you do not have a browser set as the system default, your system will not know how to handle these instructions from MC.

"Set Internet Explorer as default browser" ---> http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Internet-Explorer-Your-Default-Internet-Browser
(Scroll down for IE8 instructions)
