Media Center vs. Theatre view: TV mismatch

Using the Media Center view (text) the local OTA TV shows present correctly. When I switch to the Theater view i jumps 4 hours ahead and only shows some of the channels?

Is there something (setting wise) that would force the Theater view of local TV to match the text version? Any idea why this would not be synched?
