WAV Files

I have some older .WAV files that will not play on MJ (will not even load). However, they play on other media players such as WinAmp or Windows Media Player. Can someone provide some insight.  Thanks.

We saw this problem a few months ago.  These may now play in Version 8.0, available in a thread here.

Are they mono?  I had some mono wave files that MJ7 wouldn't play.  I converted them to stereo wave, and then they played.  I went ahead and converted them all to mp3.
