Should scheduler wake PC if asleep?
« on: January 29, 2013, 04:15:10 pm »

I've tried to schedule a OTA xmltv collection in the early hours of the morning via a command line task in the MC scheduler, but it doesn't seem to wake the PC from sleep to run it.

It isn't a big issue because I've set the Windows scheduler to do it instead, but is this expected behaviour?

Only TV recording wakes up the computer.

Scheduler does not, although it might be a nice enhancement.

Cool thanks,

A feature request/enhancement then!
