I just bought this thing. Everything was going fine burning CDs, then a message popped up saying there was an unexpected error--something about the cache being full. Then, when I turned my computer back on and tried to burn another CD, it acted like the decoder part hadn't been installed because it tried to connect to the website. Then a message popped up saying "Failed to download plug-in". Then "Failed to create decoder control" (I think error -1). Can someone help me with this problem? Is there any way to get direct support on these problems? Help!!!
