CI+ encryption support in MC

Just wanted to make sure this stays on the list to be implemented at some point.

Would love to be able to use MC for TV as well but our cable supplier uses CI+ encryption.

Hey! My dutch topic on Tweakers.net received a question about MC's support for CI+.
