Author Topic: I've been charged 8 times for 1 downoad, and it was incomplete!  (Read 884 times)

Hi everyone, hope someone can help here...

I downloaded 8 of the 9 tracks of All the wars album from The Pineapple thief, thing is, though, JRiver (18) charged me each song as if it was the album, over and over again. When I tried to downolad the 9th track, got this message: "PurschaseAssetEX: Unable to charge account at BackendSOAP.pm line 814", so now I'm trying to reach any kind of customer service department at JRiver but only clue is to login here.
Is there any mail adress or phone number for me to complain directly at JRiver or have I just been ripped off?
Sorry to put it like this, but such a thing never happened to me with iTunes... this is really frustrating.
