Yes. Use equalizer pre amp slider. You might even be able to use parametric equalizer to boost it even further.

Just make sure you know what you are doing. Clipping can be dangerous and can damage equipment. Don't think lightly about this.

Go Options=>Audio=>Settings=>DSP and output format; then in DSP panel go to Equalizer toggle far left

(recommended: clip protection on; push the slider up gradually and test  -> risks of distortion by over-saturating input on DAC)

Be careful of your tweeters  Heed InflatableMouse's warning, does not make your 50watt amp into a 300watt

ah if its just podcasts I wouldn't boost the preamp for the rest of your media.

After you have analyzed the volume for your library, when you want to listen to podcasts or a mix of other media and podcasts try

DSP studio and check volume level and adaptive volume (peak level normalizing). You can toggle this off for other media by just unchecking the boxes

Even better,  you can set up a zone for podcasts and boost the preamp slider when you are currently "in" that zone. Then in Player=>Zone=ZoneSwitch set up a rule for when you play a podcast it switches to this zone with the boost. Another rule to switch back for everything else.

You might find the Adaptive Volume Night Mode or Small Speaker Mode options useful for podcasts.

Adaptive Volume is a good answer.

You could also use Analyze Audio / Volue Leveling so the Podcasts would play at about the same level as everything else.
