Installation Problem

Hello,

today i had to make a fresh Windows 8 Installation on my audio pc. After that i started Media Center Setup program and while installation was in progress i had a power blackout. The computer stops and the installation of JRiver was not finished. After restarting PC everytime i run Media Center Setup program the installation is canceled with the following Message (in german):


what can do now?

Try uninstalling, then reinstalling.

Hi Jim,

There is nothing to uninstall. I have removed the folder under Programms and app data but i allways geht the same errormessage.

Can you translate the message?

Did you try installing MC again?  I'm not certain that you're saying so.  Download from our site.

now i have installed windows once again. Everything is working fine now!
