Gap in playback using gapless output
« on: March 09, 2014, 09:57:35 am »

This problem is related with the one that silence to sync hardware was not working until you added some sort of non-null noise to make the DAC sync.
Now I noticed that using gapless output, even with remove silences, there may be some sort of null silence that disables the DAC and it takes a few milliseconds to wake when the music starts... And I sometimes lose the starting beat of the music.

Maybe using the same non-null silence technique or actually bridging the sequential tracks so that no nulls are sent?

Please post +1 if you are having the same issue.

Thanks.
