OK, I got my upgrade a while ago, didn't get to it until now (not sure why that is punishable by having to go through all the trouble of getting new install codes, etc, but OK). I downloaded, ran the program, was told 19 was installed but it froze during the installation, had to close w/control-alt-delete. Tried again (made me use up another of my 10 reinstallations for the year, another concept I don't get...), have the icon but when I try to use it, get to the same frozen screen, have to close it. Now I don't have 18 to use or the new MC19. Having to post for help here is another annoyance. Like MC, but not all these associated annoyances. Hoping someone can tell me what to do (I'd prefer not to use up yet another installation for the year). Thanks
