I am new in this post and I am Spanish, so I beg your pardon for the orthography. If you could help me I will thank you a lot.
I have downloaded the JRiver Media Center Mac version (19) in a trial mode. The program is fantastic and the sound is high class, but I have several problems with its performance:
1) I downloaded first the trial version for Windows, all was OK - all the titles were loaded and the Rip menu was present.
2) When I downloaded the Mac version, I found that library of my hard disc was not completely loaded (many titles are missing).
3) I can not access to the Rip menu, in fact I do not see it, it seems it disappeared? ?
Somebody knows which could be the problem?
