As you might know, Sonique was a media player. It was famous for some of its visual plugins such as :

Those Sonique Visual Plugins used the svp file format.

It would be nice to write a wrapper for MC that could read svp file and render them.
But since Sonique's death a former Sonique developper released another media player called Tuniac that is open source now, it has a visual plugin that can read svp file.

I think that someone could use the Tuniac's wrapper sources to develop a wrapper for JRiver Media Center.
