scraper shows movies as series
« on: September 05, 2014, 01:42:52 am »

Hello, long time WMC, Mediaportal and XBMC user here.

Convering to JRiver because of the audio/ripped cds part of the mediaplayer which I already love.

Now to my problem, when I auto-import Movies and Series all series show up in the right category.  But some movies faultily show up in the "Series" category and seems cannot be moved to "Movies" (XBMC used folders as opposed to filenames)

Can anyone help me exactly how to move a file from "Series" to "Movies"?
when i get the data for the single file the coverart and info updates, but the filename persists and the movie stays in "Series" category..

Best regards

OK, thanks that helped.

Found the "find and replace" and changed Subtype.

wasn't very straightforward though. Just one of those things you had to RTFM to do (or ask obviously)

ppl migrating from XBMC (like me) will most likely fare the same obstacle, should be addressed even more during setup/top sticky on forum :-)
