Video sync not on time

When playing videos the actors mouth starts before sound comes out.  The sound is late, trailing behind the mouth movement.  I'm using an i7 with 8gb of ram.  Coming out a Marantz AVR.  Any ideas?

You can set the A/V sync.  Options > Video > Advanced > A/V sync correction milliseconds

I use 80 ms at home because of projector lag.  Other variables in the system mean it'll go other directions.
