this is prob a JRiver matter

But i thought there was a 30 day trial to see if you liked the program.

I did not find a return \ refund policy on the site (maybe i missed it)

I would think that a user could buy the product then ask for his money back, and if it was returned to him the program could still be used. i would think that the policy would be no refunds.

JRiver provides 30 days to evaluate Media Jukebox, so refunds are not available.
