I wanted to use JRiver to find all my classical genre files and move them to a different drive while retaining the file structure ie:  artist/songs. Is there anyway to do this? I know I can search for the genre and then select all the files, drag to the drive I want but that puts all the songs from different folders together. Any help would be appreciated.

MC can move the files.  Take a look at the Library Tool called "Rename, Move, Copy".  Experiment a little before you try the whole library.
