Playing Now Screen on Startup

Having a problem recently with MC 20.

In settings, I have it set to startup on home screen in theater view but it now always starts on playing now screen even though nothing is or was playing.

Perhaps start isn't correct term.  I should say that MC20 is always running on my Windows 7 HTPC.  I just use my Harmony One Ultimate to shut off TV and Stereo.  So shouldn't it be on same screen when I cut TV and Stereo back on?
