Back to Back recordings share same file name and directory
« on: February 02, 2015, 10:05:27 pm »

When I record, for example, Big Bang Theory at 7:00pm and 7:30 pm both programs record and both programs show up with the correct episode name in recently imported.
The problem is the Filename (name), Filename (path) and all related files for both episodes are named for the first episode. Also when the second episode is played the duration is a combined time of the first and second episode.

Both play fine.

Just recently noticed as I was trying to organize the episodes into individual folders and I lost a few not knowing. There is a error when you use Rename, move & copy files if you use that on either recording that you can not move multiple recordings at 1 time.

Using JTV format.

Please advise.

That is by design.  There are only a few files that do not share the same name - jtv, jti, jtf.  The media data files are shared.

EDIT: sorry, maybe I misunderstood.  Are you saying that the filename of the second show as shown inside MC's library is wrong?
