Hi,

I've a Avermedia Extremecap U3 which can capture raw uncompressed HDMI video. Is there any way to monitor this feed via JRiver?

We have not tested this device, so I do not know whether it is supported.  You can go to Television options > Advanced > Copy television related filter info to clipboard..., and post the result here, or email it to me.  My email is yaobing at jriver dot com

This seems to be the device.  What happens if you try setting it up in MC?

With the latest version of MC20, you can run Setup..., and specify "Capture only" as the service type.  On the next page, you should be able to select "AVerMedia U3 Video Capture" as your capture device.
