Was going to order one today but reading through the ordering section on the wiki just does not seem up to par with the way we order things on the net these days. A simple store and add to cart too much to ask?
I bet it would help sales of your product as appose to, "Send a message to sales at jriver dot c o m). get a reply send your paypal address etc (by email) then wait for a "PayPal invoice" go to paypal to pay it then might get one in the mail some day with no tracking # or anything..... It's a bit of a chore. You could at least write your email properly lol.
I do web design as a profession and setting up a simple store for a few products is not rocket science. Your implementation of "selling a product" has to be one of the worse I have ever seen.
That being said I love JRiver Media Center but come on, Get with the program...
