Tag Window - Why is bitrate an editable field?
« on: March 08, 2015, 10:55:26 am »

In the tag window, why is the bitrate field editable?

If I try to direct select bitrate, it does not become editable.

But if I tab into it, the field is editable, but of course, no changes are stored (good)

The bitrate field should never become editable IMHO.

tabbing is a fluke, it is not editable, as you demonstrated.

It shouldn't even appear to be "editable".  Something is coded incorrectly in the tag window to allow it.

The same error in "edit-ablility" exists in the replay gain fields for the tag window.
