problem with importing library
« on: March 31, 2015, 06:48:36 am »

Hi, I am a new user and I have a couple of issues that I cant find any guidance on.
When I buy a CD I rip it using DBPoweramp and it saves to my NAS drive via my Network. JRiver does not automatically add this to my library. I have to go and do this manually every time I add a CD to my collection. Is this normal, or can I change the settings.

Secondly and more frustrating is I also rip the same CD to i tunes to have a copy for the car. JRiver automatically picks this up and updates the library. I dont want my ITunes library in my JRIver MC/

So right now my JRiver recognises and automatically updates the library I dont want it to and ignores my new additions to the library I would like it to automatically sync to  ;D

There are setting in MC20 to add and remove folders from Import:

Tools->Options->Library & Folders->Configure Auto-Import

I think I have managed to do this, however on the JRemote app the MP4 files are still there.
Both the FLAC files and the MP4 Itunes files are under the same album cover.
I keep deleting the MP4 files but they keep coming back on.
