Is JRiver/Mac combo better sounding than win version??

Hello,

I use JRiver for win (intel Nuc win 7) for many years now.
I am thinking to give a Mac Mini a try.
Any information about sound quality from the Mac Combo over the Win combo is welcome.

Other than potential hardware differences between the two machines, they should sound the same.
