Hi.

I am trialing MC. I will use it together with my Nuvo Multizone amp.
I managed to automate the zone parts, load playlists, stop, next, prev, and all basic control.

Now I need a way to update the control pads with the track info.

All I need is a plugin that exports Track title, album, artist and duration of the now playing item. Nothing more.
I have basic VB knowledge but I've never done anything like this.

I know that I can check the now playing info using the web service but I don't want to keep checking. I want MC to send this info only when there is some change in state (pause,play,stop) or track.


Can someone point me in the right direction?

I could not find any examples of plugin code that I could adapt to my needs
