I'm trying to get  my TV video collection to scrape and I'm stuck.  In the std view I click on shows & then the series Better Call Saul.  The then select one of the episode (right click) & then Get Movie & TV info.  Results shows TheTVDB: Better Call Saul twice.  Neither of which, when selected< results in any change in the box below - No Information available from the selected result.

Why isn't it bringing up any data (I checked TheTVDB and there's plenty of data there)?  Is there a troubleshooting log file I can peruse to see why a lookup is failing?

Well I got it to scrape, but I'd still like to be able to look at a log file to see what is actually going on when it fails.
