I came across "Rovi Cloud Service" at the mc2xml site. It sounds like it may be a solution for getting relaible TV EPG data for non-USA users.
There is a free trial period. This service offers a downloadable template.json file describing the current service URLs to use. There are defaults built in to mc2xml.
