Facebook wants to know if I'm celebrating Leap Day.

I am not.

If you know someone who is they are probably an alcoholic who would otherwise just be celebrating Monday.

As my Dad used to say in such cases: "Congratulations or condolences, whichever are appropriate."

FWIW, I've never heard of celebrating leap day either.
