Font Colors

Is there a list somewhere of what all of the colors are that can be used in MC expressions?

ex.
Blue: #0000FF
Green: #009900
Light Green: C3FFB3

etc...

I've done searches on the board and grabbed a few like these, but was just looking for a master list.
