Ohh no
must use skins...

well! I have disabled skins because my organization tree gets totaly messed up when i apply skins. It is simply not possible to use the organization tree with any of the default skins.

It has always been that way, but now seems to be the right time to report this minor error!

Thanks for the assistance...!

Above you can now see a image of my organization tree with skin

text an icons gets messed up in my organization tree when I apply skins. It is simply not possible to use the organization tree, hit icons or even read text

With 9.1 soon comming up this becomes bit more alarming for me

The colors appear very strange as well.  As if you had the bit depth set quite low.  Possibly 256 colors.  What video card do you have and what resolution are you running at?

Do all other programs work well? What do pictures look like when you look at them on your computer? are they clear?

Are games clear?

If everything else works fine then it's MC, if u have problems with other things or images appear blotchy etc then its your card.

I use a:
Creative 3D Blaster TNT2 Ultra - 32mb
Chipset: nVidia TNT2 Ultra 128-bit

Driver updated yesterday

I have tried all different resolutions

Pic./dvd/movie and games are all clear and working fine, even though the PC is getting bit old

AND everyhing else in MC looks fine it is only the organization tree...

I think that the strange colours are related to me saving to the jpg. Colours seems OK here!!!

Try a google search for nvidia driver problems.

If you would, try the next build of 9.1 and let us know if it's still there.  We're just making guesses at what could fail since we can't reproduce it, but we did change things a bit.

Let us know...

OK I will do that - thanks for all your help

by the way my brother just reminded me that this is a new problem - I could use skins back in v.7 and 8. without any problems (no HW changes since then).

...perhaps I should install v8 to get this verified, is there a safe way to do that? ...I would of cource like to get back to 90180 or even 9.1

King - take a look at this http://www.knickelfarz.privat.t-online.de/mc_gui/KingCowSkin.zip  ;)

To all skin haters: Beware from downloading! This is useless kiddy stuff you will get nightmares from. Do not feed the cow  ;D

Hi - well what a great day! windows update suggested a update of IE 6  ...and that was it - my tree looks fine now.

It seem that you where right all along - it was related to windows/driver.

MC9.1 is my favorite and I am happy ;D ;D
